Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Shared Services or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle services or transactional service environments.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR lifecycle principles across markets.
• Experience with HR case-management and HCM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle services for assigned processes and multiple markets.
• Process and validate employee data in HR systems with approvals.
• Handle enquiries from employees, managers and HR stakeholders with timely updates.
• Own complex cases, investigate causes, coordinate with teams, escalate risks.
• Maintain employee documentation per global standards and local rules.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, technology, and external providers for end-to-end delivery.
• Perform quality checks, reconciliations and data discrepancies resolution.
• Handle confidential information in compliance with privacy and risk requirements.
• Maintain process docs and knowledge articles; support knowledge sharing.
