GSK is seeking an Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Specialist to provide accurate, timely lifecycle services across markets. You will manage data, support employees and HR stakeholders, and ensure compliance with global standards while maintaining data privacy.

This is a hybrid, 1-year fixed-term role with potential renewal. Key duties include handling complex cases, coordinating with payroll and HR partners, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business/Shared Services or related field.
• Experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle services.
• Fluency in English and at least one of Spanish/Italian/Portuguese/German/Polish.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle services for multiple markets.
• Process and validate employee data in HR systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle inquiries from employees, managers, and HR stakeholders with clear guidance.
