Job summary

GSK is seeking an Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Specialist to deliver accurate lifecycle services across multiple markets. The role requires handling lifecycle transactions, applying global standards and protecting data, with independence for complex cases and a aim for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business Admin, Shared Services or related field.
• Relevant experience in HR ops, lifecycle services or transactional services.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle services for multiple markets in line with procedures and SLAs.
• Process and validate employee data and transactions in HR systems with accuracy.
• Handle employee, manager and HR enquiries with clear guidance and timely updates.
• Own complex cases, investigate root causes and escalate risks as needed.
• Maintain employee documentation per global standards and local retention rules.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Technology and external providers for smooth hand-offs.
