GSK in Poznań is seeking an Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Specialist to deliver accurate, timely lifecycle services across markets. This fixed-term role (1 year) may be renewed and is offered on a hybrid schedule.

You will manage lifecycle transactions, apply global standards, protect data and collaborate with HR partners, payroll and IT to ensure seamless service. You will handle complex inquiries, maintain documentation, monitor service quality and contribute to process improvements while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business Admin, Shared Services or related field.
• Experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle services.
• Fluent in French and English; ability to apply procedures across markets.
• Experience with HR case-management systems and HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle services for assigned process areas and multiple markets.
• Process and validate employee data and transactions in HR systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle enquiries from employees, managers and HR stakeholders with clear guidance and timely updates.
• Own complex cases, investigate root causes and escalate risks when needed.
• Maintain documentation and records per global standards and local requirements.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, tech teams and external providers for seamless handoffs.
