Job summary

Hager Polska is seeking a HR Life Cycle Specialist to join our People Solutions department in Tychy. The role provides end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle within an international team, reporting to the Global HRSSC Manager on a permanent basis.

You will handle contracts, data management in HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure GDPR compliance while contributing to service delivery improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Administration in an SSC environment.
• Experience using HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
• Experience in international or multinational environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process employment contracts, amendments and confirmations per local law.
• Maintain employee data within HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities from an HR Administration perspective.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, policies and internal controls.
• Respond to employee and manager queries through HR channels.
• Process service requests within agreed SLAs and deadlines.
• Support HR data validation and payroll-related activities when needed.
• Perform HR data quality checks and prepare standard/ad hoc reports.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
