Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Marketing Manager ENT – International & Emerging Markets to bridge global strategy with regional execution, driving regional marketing plans and supporting launches across multiple markets.

You will collaborate with commercial leaders, global marketing, supply chain, and medical education teams to tailor campaigns, train staff, and maintain brand consistency while enabling commercial growth in diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Regional or international marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or medical devices.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, including demand planning and forecasting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Localise and deploy marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
