Smith+Neu is seeking a Service Growth Manager to drive regional service growth across EMEA markets and convert opportunities within the installed base into sustainable revenue. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Service teams to scale value-added offerings and align initiatives with the broader strategy.

The role requires deep experience in medical devices, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets.

• Significant experience in the medical devices industry with a track record of driving service revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities within the installed base and convert them into revenue.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and sales organisations to drive a strategic shift.
• Experience operating across multi-country or regional environments.
• Data-driven decision making with the ability to build business cases and translate insights into actions.
• Proven capability to deploy growth initiatives, build pipelines, and drive adoption across markets.
• Strong collaboration across Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Service teams.
