Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a regional service growth leader to drive opportunities across markets, turning service into a core growth driver. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing and Service teams to translate installed base insights into sustainable revenue and a strong service pipeline.

You will lead initiatives within the EMEA strategy, align with multiple markets, and influence senior stakeholders to adopt growth-minded service solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the medical devices industry with a track record of driving service revenue growth
• Ability to identify growth opportunities within the installed base and convert to revenue streams
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Experience operating across multi-country or regional environments

Responsibilities

• Bring significant experience within the medical devices industry with a strong track record of driving service revenue growth, lifecycle monetization, or commercial transformation initiatives
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities within the installed base and convert into sustainable revenue streams
• Influence senior stakeholders and sales organisations to shift service from cost centre to a strategic growth driver
• Show proven ability to operate across multi country or regional environments, navigating complexity while maintaining focus on delivery and results
• Be a data driven decision maker, capable of building business cases, interpreting performance metrics, and translating insights into actionable plans
• Have strong execution capabilities, with experience in deploying growth initiatives, building pipelines, and ensuring adoption across markets and teams
• Excel in stakeholder collaboration, acting as a connector across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Service teams to drive alignment and impact
