Job summary

Smith+ Nephew seeks a Digital Pricing Excellence Lead to drive the development and deployment of digital pricing tools (CPQ, CLM, Tender Management) across the International region. You will define product vision, prioritize requirements, and partner with IT, business stakeholders, and market teams for successful rollouts and ongoing improvements.

The role requires proven Product Owner/Manager experience in a commercial or digital transformation context, strong pricing/quoting knowledge, and

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a commercial or digital transformation context.
Strong understanding of commercial processes (pricing, quoting, contracting, tendering).
Experience with CPQ, CLM, CRM, or ERP systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or PROS.

Responsibilities

Align standardized commercial models with International Pricing team, Business Units and local markets.
Determine digitization demands in Pricing and Pricing governance.
Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and user feedback.
Collaborate with IT, Digital, and Commercial teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
Lead market rollouts and manage change requests and enhancements.
Ensure tools support pricing governance, quotation efficiency, and contract compliance.
Monitor product performance and adoption; drive continuous improvement.
