Emd Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Wroclaw to manage the full order cycle, from entry to shipment monitoring, using SAP and Oracle. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality customer experiences in an international environment.

The position requires excellent English and Portuguese, 2–3 years in customer service, and the ability to learn multiple ERP/CRM systems. Hybrid work model after onboarding with office in Wroclaw.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Excellent command of English and Portuguese; additional European languages encouraged.
• Experience learning and adapting to multiple ERP/CRM systems (SAP/Oracle/Salesforce a plus).
• Skilled at managing order processing and resolving service complaints.
• Strong communication and customer experience focus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in an international team.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to share knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and web channels.
• Own the complete order cycle from entry to shipment monitoring using Oracle and SAP.
• Resolve issues and service complaints promptly with effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Distribution teams to ensure seamless interactions.
