Merck Life Science in Wroclaw is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the primary contact for customers, handling orders from entry to shipment and resolving issues with ERP/CRM tools. The role collaborates with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

The position offers onboarding in the office with a subsequent hybrid work model, requiring strong English and Spanish language skills and experience with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English and Spanish is essential; other European languages encouraged.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to multiple ERP and CRM systems (experience with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is a plus).

Responsibilities

• You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction (via telephone, email and web channels) is smooth and professional.
• You’ll take charge of the entire order cycle—from entry to monitoring shipments—using ERP/CRM tools to keep things on track.
• Working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams to ensure seamless interactions in a dynamic, international environment.
