Merck Life Science in Wrocław is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the primary contact for customers, handling orders, shipping issues, and documentation in a multilingual international setting.

You will work in a hybrid model with onboarding in the office, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CET, collaborating with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams and using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.

Formación

• Fluent Portuguese and good English required.
• Customer service mindset with ownership of interactions.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for customers via phone, email and web channels.
• Manage full order cycle from entry and status follow-up to resolving shipping issues.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams to ensure seamless interactions.
• Work in a dynamic, international environment and grow diverse skills.
