Job summary

Aptean in Wroclaw is seeking a Compensation Analyst for a 6 months FTC. You will support and administer Aptean's compensation framework across the global organisation, contributing to annual and quarterly reward activities within established policies and processes.

You will map roles to job frameworks, maintain base pay ranges, analyse salary survey data, and assist with incentive payments and equity-based awards, working with HRIS and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Relevant experience in Compensation, Reward, or HR analytics.
• Knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, salary benchmarking, and internal equity.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Map new and changing roles to the job framework and levels.
• Develop and maintain base pay ranges using market data.
• Analyse salary survey data and prepare compensation reports.
• Review and maintain compensation master data and HRIS records.
• Support calculation and administration of incentive payments and equity awards.
