Job summary

UL Solutions in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Senior Total Rewards Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape and deliver compensation programmes across the EMEA region.

You will design and administer salary ranges, bonus forecasting, program cost analysis, and equity reviews while leading annual merit and incentive cycles and partnering with HR, business leaders, and HRIS teams to ensure market competitiveness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, math, or other business-related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 5 years’ combined experience in compensation, benefits or human resources, including 3 years’ experience with compensation program administration, design and analytics.
• Demonstrated application of compensation fundamentals (e.g., market pricing, job evaluations, base pay and incentive administration, consulting principles).
• Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations affecting compensation design and administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to consult and summarize analytics in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to take initiative.
• Demonstrated time management skills; ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM). Proficiency in statistics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation and administration of compensation programs to drive market competitiveness and analyze market data for plan design enhancements.
• Provide consultation to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation strategies and program options.
• Conduct job evaluations to drive internal and external equity and support new job creation and labor law compliance.
• Drive the annual compensation process including merit, promotions, annual bonus and long-term incentive programs with data audits and reporting.
• Lead assigned projects, provide SME input, and present recommendations to leadership.
