Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Compensation Senior Manager to lead global compensation strategies and governance of rewards programs. The role focuses on EU Pay Transparency, pay equity, and regulatory compliance to ensure equitable experiences for our people worldwide.

You will partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to enhance pay equity frameworks, lead analytics initiatives, and drive compensation technology improvements within a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of direct compensation experience including total rewards, market intelligence, and global strategy.
Experience with pay equity analysis, compliance monitoring, and EU Pay Transparency initiatives.
Proven leadership in managing and developing compensation teams in a global environment.
Strong collaboration and influence across functions with discretion handling confidential data.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and governance of Total Rewards programs with focus on pay equity and EU transparency directives.
Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders and advise senior leadership on best practices for total rewards and talent attraction.
Oversee market intelligence and analytics to evaluate pay trends and inform Total Rewards strategy; drive process improvements with technology.
