Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards Centre of Excellence in Katowice. You will support global reward processes, benchmark data, and salary review cycles, translating data into actionable insights.

The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent Excel/Sheets skills, and experience with data modelling. Fluency in English is preferred; Polish language skills are a plus as the team collaborates across time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude.

• Experience in data modelling and in global compensation frameworks.
• Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation Module is desirable.

• Fluency in English (Polish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Benchmarking and job evaluation to support market pricing.
• Maintain and improve compensation framework and job architecture data.
• Support annual salary review cycles and bonus processes.
• Assist with data validation, funding allocations and guideline adherence.
• Support Workday compensation module implementation and testing.
• Contribute to reward transformation and process improvement initiatives.
