Job summary

Unisys in Wrocław is seeking a German-speaking Tech Support L1 to be the first contact for end users seeking technical assistance via phone, web, chat or email. You will log incidents, diagnose at a basic level, and ensure timely ticket handling.

The role requires English and German at C1, strong customer service, and collaboration in a hybrid work environment. Onboarding and ongoing development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a service desk or similar technical role.
• C1 English and German language skills required.
• Basic troubleshooting for software, hardware, OS, and networks.
• Familiarity with QSR/POS/KDS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Log and raise tickets for incidents and service requests.
• Resolve auto-generated tickets and ensure closure.
• Aim for First Contact Resolution using knowledge bases.
• Escalate issues with diagnostics to Level 1.5 or Level 2.
• Refer on-site incidents to Field Support for validation.
• Follow up to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Meet defined SLAs and KPIs.
