Job summary

HCLTech in Krakow is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst fluent in German to support German-speaking customers. You will diagnose hardware/software/network issues by phone, guide users through solutions, and coordinate with internal teams.

The role requires 1 year IT experience in customer service and technical support, strong communication, and the willingness to learn. It follows a hybrid work model with three in-office days in Krakow.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (min B2) and good English (B2).
• 1 year of IT experience in customer service & technical support.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone for customers’ end users.
• Route problems to internal support group.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff to obtain technical knowledge.
• Administer and provide User Access in various systems.
• Use the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems, work requests and resolutions.
