Job summary
WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service & Technical Support Agent in Athens, Greece, to provide after-sales support for premium household appliances. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, troubleshoot product issues, document interactions in Salesforce, and support English-speaking customers when required.
This on-site role offers a €1,400 gross monthly salary paid over 14 months, plus a monthly bonus up to €250 and a transportation allowance, with a full
Qualifications
- Fluent or native German with C1 proficiency.
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles preferred but not essential.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Confident in using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Provide German-speaking customer service and after-sales support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot product functionality and technical issues related to household appliances.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding deliveries, refunds, and product-related concerns.
- Accurately document customer interactions and manage cases using Salesforce.
- Provide professional and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey.
- Assist English-speaking customers from the UK and Ireland when required.
- Contribute to additional customer support channels and projects during low seasons.
- Work with innovative and AI-powered applications when required.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
