Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Athens. You will provide professional customer support across phone, email, and chat for premium brands, while developing communication and service skills in a multicultural environment.

On-site role in Piraeus, Athens, with Monday–Friday schedule, occasional weekend shifts and rotating hours. Salary €1,300 gross paid over 14 months plus bonuses; relocation package covers hotel,

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level German proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions and update records using CRM and support systems.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
