WW Talents in Athens, Greece is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide professional customer support across German channels and ensure a positive customer experience for premium brands.

Work on-site with rotating shifts as needed, with a relocation package covering hotel accommodation, real estate fees, flight, and airport pickup; salary €1,300 gross per month over 14 months plus bonuses and productivity incentives.

Qualifications

• German language level C1/C2 required.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and communication.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, professional and solution-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders and account-related requests.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally with timely solutions.
• Document interactions and update records using CRM systems.
• Deliver friendly, professional support throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow procedures and maintain service quality.
