Job summary

WW Talents in Athens is seeking a German-speaking professional for customer service, technical support and sales. On-site, full-time position with relocation package. €1,300 gross monthly salary per 14 months plus bonuses. Must have German C1 and English B2; visa sponsorship not available.

You will handle inbound calls and emails, assist with billing, account and technical inquiries, and identify sales opportunities while delivering quality service in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) required for training and communication.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer orientation and problem solving abilities.
• Good IT skills and comfort with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls and email.
• Respond to inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services.
• Support cross-selling and upselling where relevant.
