Qualifikationen

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience
• Experience managing or supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
• German language skills at minimum B2 level (required)
• English language skills at minimum B2 level (required)
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, biotech or medical devices recruitment
• Hands-on sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.
• Recruit primarily for Germany and support other EMEA markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS systems.
