Job summary

OPmobility SE in Kraków seeks a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment across Central Europe, with a special focus on the German market, in our fast‑paced automotive environment.

You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, source candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience, using SAP SuccessFactors or Workday as applicable, in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in automotive/manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Central Europe.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, production, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team supporting recruitment across Central Europe with special focus on German market. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for technical and corporate roles in a fast-paced, innovation-driven automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, production, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and universities to build talent pools.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment metrics (experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday preferred).
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and industry events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with recruiting for technical roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and German is mandatory
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Central Europe.
