Job summary

OPmobility SE in Poland is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across Central Europe with a focus on the German market. You will lead full-cycle hiring for engineering, production, and corporate roles, partnering with managers and using modern sourcing tools to build strong talent pools.

You will collaborate with external agencies, maintain ATS records, and contribute to employer branding initiatives across career events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and German is mandatory.

You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for technical and corporate roles in a fast-paced, innovation-driven automotive environment.
