Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to research, engage and deliver top candidates across European markets. You will build pipelines, perform initial screenings, and advise hiring managers on market insights to drive effective hiring strategies.

You will collaborate with TA partners, TAPs and stakeholders, delivering high-quality candidate slates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience across regions. Fluent in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping and candidate engagement.
• Experience working with recruiters and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Research, engage and provide top candidate slates across European markets.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screening (CV + phone/virtual interviews) to assess fit.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
