Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with German to own talent attraction across Germany and Austria.

You will manage high-volume pipelines, source via portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting, and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements. You will track funnel metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, ensure seamless new-hire setup in Workday, and communicate updates to candidates and teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition.
• Fluent German language (C1) and full proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with global ATS/HCM systems (Workday, UKG, Avature, Taleo).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, filters, tracker management) and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume hiring independently.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of talent attraction across Germany & Austria markets.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting for high-volume needs.
• Partner with client and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics and onboarding KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction).
• Ensure new hire setup in HRIS (e.g., Workday).
• Manage internal candidate referrals and communicate updates to candidates and managers.
