Job summary

AMS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (German Speaker) based in Kraków to build high-quality pipelines across Germany and the wider EMEA region. You will collaborate with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to translate hiring needs into actionable search strategies and candidate outreach.

You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and compelling outreach to engage passive candidates while maintaining accurate candidate records in Oracle Fusion and other

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English required.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment delivery.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of the German recruitment market desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract talent across Germany and wider EMEA.
• Partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers through intake to shortlist.
• Conduct market mapping and provide sourcing insights.
• Present candidate profiles and sourcing recommendations to recruiters.
• Build talent pools for current and future roles.
• Maintain candidate records in Oracle Fusion and other systems.
• Use feedback to improve sourcing approaches and outcomes.
