Qualifications

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience

Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for sourcing and hiring top talent within the pharmaceutical industry? Do you enjoy working in an international environment and partnering with stakeholders across multiple markets?

Join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment activities across Germany and other EMEA countries in a fully remote role within a global RPO project. We are looking for a recruiter who combines strong Talent Acquisition expertise with German language proficiency and experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare sector.

What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and serve as a trusted recruitment partner for hiring managers across the pharmaceutical industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from intake meeting through offer stage.
• Recruiting primarily for Germany, while also supporting hiring across other EMEA markets.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conducting screening interviews and assessing candidate suitability against role requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting agreed hiring timelines.
• Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment data within ATS systems.

What we're looking for

• 1-4 years of recruitment experience gained within agency, RPO, or corporate Talent Acquisition environments.
• Experience managing or supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
• German language skills at minimum B2 level (required).
• English language skills at minimum B2 level (required).
• Previous recruitment experience within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, or medical devices sector.
• Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate attraction tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting across multiple European markets.
• Experience working within an RPO environment.
• Experience with Workday ATS or other applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of talent market trends within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
