• Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies across the EMEA region.
• Build understanding of local talent markets to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Contribute to local and global Talent Acquisition initiatives and employer branding.
• Develop employer branding content, social media activities, and employee engagement campaigns.

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment expertise, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies across the EMEA region, leveraging a variety of platforms, tools, and social media channels.
• Build a strong understanding of local talent markets and business needs to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support hiring objectives and maintain a high-quality recruitment process.
• Contribute to local and global Talent Acquisition initiatives, employer branding activities, and broader people-related projects.
• Develop and manage employer branding content, social media activities, and employee engagement campaigns that reflect the company’s values and culture.
