AMS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (German Speaker) to build pipelines across Germany and the wider EMEA region, partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers.

You’ll develop market insights, support recruitment strategy discussions, and craft proactive outreach to passive candidates while promoting the client value proposition. This role sits within a leading financial services client and offers collaboration across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English required.
• Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment delivery.
• Proficient with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of the German recruitment market desirable.
• Ability to engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with high quality.
• Proactive, resilient and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build pipelines across Germany and broader EMEA markets.
• Support intake-to-shortlist processes with TA Partners and Hiring Managers.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to inform sourcing strategies.
• Participate in briefing sessions and sourcing strategy discussions.
• Present profiles, market insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain talent pools for current and future needs across functions.
