Job summary

Capgemini Polska seeks a SIAM Operations Lead to ensure smooth IT service delivery across a multi-vendor environment. You will oversee performance, SLAs and continuous improvement while collaborating with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

You will coordinate service delivery, manage end-to-end processes, and drive improvements with a strong ITIL/SIAM foundation. Fluent German and English are required; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service management, ideally in a client-facing role.
• Service Manager/Service Delivery Manager in a complex IT environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and practical application.
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments and SIAM principles.
• Understanding of supplier governance, service integration, and end-to-end service management.
• Ability to analyze service performance data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written). Certifications like ITIL Foundation and SIAM Foundation are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services align with contractual commitments and SLAs; monitor performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and align service delivery with business needs.
• Lead day-to-day operational activities within service areas and coordinate with technical teams.
• Coordinate internal and external providers for end-to-end service delivery.
• Act as operational interface between suppliers, service towers and client stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyse and report KPIs and SLAs; drive corrective actions and service recovery.
• Drive continuous improvement through enhancement opportunities and service review sessions.
• Support Service Delivery Managers in managing teams and guiding juniors.
