Job summary

Homag Group AG in Poznań is seeking an experienced Operations and Performance Manager to lead a team responsible for IMS processes and reliable service delivery. You will oversee workload allocation, SOP improvements, and KPI-driven reporting, while driving continuous improvement and staff development in a multinational setting.

The role requires English and German fluency, SAP expertise, and strong stakeholder management to align with internal customers and SSC teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, supply chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SSC/operations management in a multinational environment.
• Proven leadership skills to manage diverse cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of SSC environments and stakeholder management in an international setting.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency with ERP systems (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and monitor a team of administrators handling IMS processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Allocate workloads, manage resources, and monitor productivity to meet targets.
• Maintain and improve SOPs for consistency and scalability.
• Analyze operational data, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on volumes, performance, and quality metrics.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and reviews.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new hires.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and transparent work culture.
