Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an SIAM Operations Lead with German to coordinate multi-vendor service delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive operational excellence across a complex IT environment.

You will work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service performance, maintain high quality standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while applying SIAM and ITIL best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven IT service management experience, ideally in a client-facing role.
• Experience as a Service Manager or Service Delivery Manager in a complex IT environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and its practical application.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and SIAM principles.
• Knowledge of supplier governance and end-to-end service management.
• Ability to analyze service performance data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German and English; ITIL/SIAM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual commitments and agreed SLAs, proactively monitoring performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding business needs and aligning service delivery accordingly.
• Lead day-to-day operational activities within assigned service areas and collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external service providers to achieve seamless end-to-end service delivery across the service landscape.
• Act as a key operational interface between suppliers, service towers, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and SLAs, taking corrective actions and supporting service recovery when required.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities and facilitating service review and improvement planning sessions.
• Support Service Delivery Managers in managing service teams and provide guidance to junior colleagues where applicable.
