Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery Coordinator, German Speaking, to join our team. In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction by managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle and overseeing SLAs and Change Requests to ensure optimal service delivery and cost coverage.

You will collaborate with SDMs, Field Sales, IT, HR, Finance, and PM teams to resolve escalations, optimize solutions, and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production or client relationship management.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• University of applied sciences degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer lifecycle, report on SLAs, and oversee Change Requests to ensure service delivery and cost coverage.
• Collaborate with SDMs, Field Sales, IT, HR, Finance, and PM teams to resolve escalations and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
• Ensure billing reports are accurate, implement one-time fees correctly, and adhere to the customer governance process.
