Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions invites an HR Associate with German to join the EMEA HR Solutions Center in Gdansk. You will serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries across channels and support employee lifecycle administration.

The role emphasizes policy guidance, Workday transactions, and process improvements, with a hybrid work arrangement and private healthcare. Fluency in German and English is required, and prior HR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle from offers to terminations.
• Curious, analytical mindset with interest in process improvement.
• Proactive, responsible and adaptable with willingness to learn new tools/technologies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR-related inquiries across channels (email, chats, case system).
• Provide guidance on HR policies (EPR, goals, merit/talent reviews), escalating as needed.
• Promote self-service tools like Workday and support user accountability.
• Process and audit employee transactions in Workday.
• Support key HR initiatives, training logistics, and communications.
• Drive process improvements in HR services and inquiries.
• Handle general admin tasks (e.g., report prep) and update clients on delivery expectations.
