Arche Consulting in Katowice is seeking an HR Specialist to join an international HR team, providing day-to-day support to German-speaking employees and handling HR requests. You will prepare documentation, participate in onboarding, drive process improvements, and ensure high service quality across internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role in an international SSC or BPO environment.
• Very good German (C1) and good English (min. B1).
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and focused on process improvement.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR support to German-speaking employees and handle day-to-day HR requests.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, certificates and references.
• Ensure effective communication with internal and external customers and maintain high service standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and HR process optimization.
• Follow procedures and keep process documentation up to date.
• Assist onboarding and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
