Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is seeking an HR Specialist to support German-speaking employees within an international team. You will handle day-to-day HR requests and prepare employee documentation, ensuring high service levels.

The role offers a hybrid working model (minimum 2 days in the office) and an annual bonus, with broad benefits. This is an international SSC/BPO environment emphasizing growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good German (C1) and good English (min. B1).
• Customer-oriented and proactive approach with focus on process improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR support to German-speaking employees and handle day-to-day HR requests.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, certificates and reference letters.
• Ensure effective communication with internal and external customers, maintaining high service and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize HR processes.
• Follow internal procedures and keep process documentation up to date.
• Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
