Job summary

Merck Group in Wroclaw, Poland, seeks a Customer Support Representative to be the main contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone, email, and web and guiding the full order cycle from entry to shipping documentation in a dynamic, international team.

The role is based in the local office with standard 8:00 am–5:30 pm CET hours. German and English are essential; other European languages are welcome, with ERP experience valued.

Qualifications

• Very good command of German and good command of English are essential.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) is desirable.
• Able to multitask and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and web as primary contact for customers.
• Manage full order cycle from entry to status follow-up and documentation.
• Resolve shipping issues and provide timely information in a collaborative international team.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams to ensure seamless interactions.
