Merck Group in Wroclaw is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the primary contact for our customers, handling inquiries by phone, email, and web with professionalism and care. You will own the full order cycle—from entry to shipping documentation—in a dynamic international team.

You'll work 5 days per week from the office for onboarding, then a hybrid model. Strong English required; other European languages are a plus.

• Excellent command of English is essential.
• Ability to quickly learn and master ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve shipping issues and provide timely documentation.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams to ensure seamless interactions.
