Job summary

Circle K Business Centre Poland is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader with German to manage a team of 7–8, organize workflow, and drive service quality across databases and IT systems. You will coach staff, implement improvements, and ensure effective daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a university degree, strong German and English skills, and experience in customer service.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor level) – preferable.
• Experience in customer service.
• Very good German language skills.
• Good English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Customer Service team (7–8 people) and organize work.
• Provide day-to-day support, develop team members’ skills and motivation.
• Implement improvements and solve problems; maintain accurate data in databases.
• Coordinate with partners and participate in quality controlling activities.
• Assist in training and coaching of new and existing employees; ensure knowledge transfer.
