Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, BackOffice, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments.
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus.
• Good command of German and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support Kennametal customers in Germany via emails.
• Create and check sales documents (Order to Cash processes).
• Work with Customer Service Team in Germany and Barcelona.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude.
