Job summary

Kingspan LOGSTOR in Gliwice, Poland, seeks a Customer Service Coordinator Industry (German Speaker) to join our international team. You will act as the main contact for B2B customers in German and English, supporting the quotation and order lifecycle.

The role combines coordinating with Sales, Technical Support, Logistics and Production Planning, handling SAP orders and tenders, and building lasting customer relationships in a hybrid office setting (3 days/week).

Qualifications

• German language at least B2 level for daily customer communication.
• English at least B2 for international collaboration.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales Support in B2B.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial trading is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, self-driven, and flexible; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customers via phone and email in German and English.
• Provide product information and support inquiries related to our solutions; qualify inquiries and align requirements.
• Process sales orders and quotations in SAP; ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Prepare and send order confirmations to customers.
• Monitor order progress from order entry through delivery and after-sales support.
• Coordinate order execution with internal departments including Sales, Technical Support, Production Planning, Logistics, Transportation, Procurement, and Customer Service.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Handle returns, customer claims, and invoicing-related activities.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and sales documentation in SAP.
• Support reporting activities and ensure high-quality data management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
