Job summary

Kennametal, a global industrial technology leader, seeks a Customer Service Representative (Back Office) for the German market in Poznan. You will support quotation, order, and complaint processes, coordinating with manufacturing, logistics, and regional CSR teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely responses.

The role suits a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who enjoys an international setting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Back Office, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments.
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus.
• Good command of German and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support Kennametal customers in Germany - only emails.
• Create & check sales documents (in Order to Cash processes).
• Work in partnership with Customer Service Team in Germany and Barcelona.
• Use SAP, CRM, MS Office, Esker.
• Demonstrating a proactive attitude.
