Newell Brands seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to provide German-language service for business customers across EMEA from Poznań, Poland. You will manage orders, accounts, and customer inquiries while collaborating with Sales and Supply Chain.

Excellent German and English, customer focus, and MS Office skills are required. Hybrid work setup begins after a 3-month on-site training period.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders from customers, agents and internal teams.
• Submit requests to create or update customer accounts.
• Provide product range guidance to customers.
• Inform customers about promotions and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and distribution centre.
• Manage and maintain customer portals; enter orders in SAP.
