Job summary

WW Talents invites you to join Barcelona as a German-speaking Business Development Representative. You will connect with business clients and present AI-powered advertising solutions, driving growth in tech sales while relocating to Barcelona.

The role requires German C1 and English B2, 2–3 years in B2B sales, and a strong grasp of digital marketing. On-site position with relocation support and a structured sales program in a multinational team.

Qualifications

German: C1 proficiency.
English: B2 proficiency or higher.
2–3 years in B2B sales or related roles.
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, digital ads).
Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Experience in pre-sales and lead qualification.
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and C-levels.
Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential B2B customers via calls, emails, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Introduce AI-powered digital advertising solutions to clients.
Own the full sales process from initial contact to close.
Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.
Record interactions and update CRM with progress.
Coordinate onboarding with internal teams and ensure smooth transition to CS.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
