Job summary

WW Talents is hiring a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join an international team in Barcelona. You will drive new business, identify potential clients, and present AI-powered advertising solutions. The role requires German C1 and English B2, 2–3 years in B2B sales, and a willingness to relocate with support.

Salary consists of €30,000 gross per year plus a €5,175 on-target bonus, uncapped. Relocation assistance, private health insurance, and a clear path for career progression are

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to identify and engage potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
