Job summary

WW Talents in Barcelona is hiring a German-speaking Business Development Representative to connect with B2B clients and introduce AI-powered advertising solutions. This full-time role offers relocation support and a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus a €5,175 on-target bonus, with uncapped earnings potential.

You will own the sales process from outreach to close, manage CRM records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment in Barcelona's tech

Qualifications

• German: C1 proficiency.
• English: B2 proficiency or higher.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, digital ads).
• Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Involvement in pre-sales and lead qualification.
• Comfort communicating with senior stakeholders and C-level leaders.
• CRM tools experience and sales pipeline management.
• Experience using prospect databases and maintaining records.
• Strong sales orientation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential B2B customers via outbound calls, emails, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
• Assess business needs and present relevant AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Own the full sales process from qualification to negotiation and close.
• Work toward individual sales targets and performance metrics.
• Record and update prospect data and interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to onboard clients and ensure smooth transitions.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
