WW Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international AI advertising solutions team. You will connect with business clients and drive outbound sales in a fast-paced tech environment.

This full-time on-site role offers relocation support, a base salary of €30,000 plus a €5,175 on-target bonus with uncapped earnings. German C1 and English B2 are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• German to C1 level is required.
• English to B2 level or higher.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential B2B customers via outbound calls, emails, social selling and inquiries.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Assess business requirements and propose AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Own the full sales process from contact to close.
• Work toward individual sales targets and performance indicators.
• Record and update prospect information in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover to customer success.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
