WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join their international team in Barcelona, supporting AI-powered advertising solutions. You will drive inbound and outbound sales, engage potential clients, and build a robust sales pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and growth.

Requirements include German C1, English B2, 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, and strong digital marketing knowledge.

Qualificações

• German: C1 level.
• English: B2 level.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and online advertising.
• Proven outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and handover.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
